KULG now connects with Garmin

You can now connect KULG App to Garmin! With this new integration, you can sync future activities and/or import your training history effortlessly.

Here’s what this means for you:

  • Connect integrations

You can connect multiple integrations. For example, enable “Workout History” from Strava while using Garmin for “Activity Sync”.

  • Make changes to your activities

Editing or deleting an activity in KULG won’t change it in Garmin. And if you delete the activity in Garmin, it will not delete it in KULG.

  • Avoid duplicates

If you’ve already imported your training history from Strava or via file upload, make sure to disable Garmin history import to prevent duplicate activities in your KULG account.

How to connect Garmin to KULG:

  • Go to Settings in the KULG App and then choose the Integrations tab.

  • Choose whether to sync activities, import your history, or both.

  • Click Authorise and sign in with your Garmin credentials.

    • If you have multiple KULG accounts, Garmin can only sync with one.

  • Make sure to enable Activities, Daily Health Stats, and Training for the best experience.

  • Once authorised, you’ll be redirected to KULG, and your full Garmin training history will begin importing.

Please note: If you have a lot of activities, the import may take a few hours. So, don’t disconnect Garmin! New activities will automatically sync moving forward.

Pro tip: If you want to make bulk changes to your training history before importing, you can first export your data from Strava and send us the file. This way, you can correct activity types, define high-intensity segments, and clean up your data before bringing it to KULG.
