AI insights released to pilot customers as KULG enters Tehnopol's AI Accelerator
We’ve released weekly and monthly AI insights to select customers for testing, rolling out the feature to all subscribed runners in the coming weeks. This milestone aligns well with the start of our 6-month journey in Tehnopol's AI Accelerator, where we’ll work with a panel of AI experts and mentors to take our training intelligence to the next level.
KULG launches Oura integration
Big news! We’re excited to share that Oura is now part of our integrations lineup 🚀 This enables a seamless flow of health and recovery data from Oura to KULG. Key metrics - including HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep score - are captured daily and visualised in KULG’s graphs to support data-driven training. This data will also power KULG’s personalised insights.

KULG accounts can now be created and accessed using Apple. It’s another fast, simple, and secure authentication method alongside Google.
KULG graphs now show gaps for short time frames
We’ve further refreshed the Dashboard to make it more intuitive, cleaner, and easier to use, especially on mobile. KULG graphs now show gaps when viewing shorter time frames (up to 31 days), making it easy to see days without activity.
KULG founder and CEO joins the board of the Estonian Athletics Association
On November 7, the Estonian Athletics Association confirmed its new board. KULG founder and CEO Maris Heinaru joined the Estonian Athletics Association as a Member of the Board.
New graph: Heart rate zones
We’ve released a new graph on KULG App dashboard: Heart rate zones. This graph shows the proportion of time a runner spends in each heart rate zone, based on the average heart rate of their activities. This makes it a powerful insight tool for understanding the runner's training intensity and assessing whether the training load is balanced.
KULG now detects running injury risk
Recent research found that the risk of overuse injury increases significantly when a single run exceeds 10% of the longest run in the past 30 days. To address this, KULG app now offers an injury risk detection insight, making it easier for runners to monitor their run volume and progress safely.
KULG launches improved graph interaction
We’ve made a big improvement to how users can interact with the graphs on KULG Dashboard. With this update, exploring training and recovery data has become much easier and more intuitive.

KULG raises €100,000 in pre-seed funding
We’re thrilled to announce that we have raised 100 thousand euros in pre-seed funding. In total, early investors have invested 120 thousand euros in KULG this year.
