See your running progress
Progress in running is often equated with training more and pushing harder rather than balancing training with recovery. KULG helps runners train consistently and effectively while staying healthy, motivated and injury-free.
KULG features
Bring your training history to KULG and start tracking your activities 🚀
Master the basics
See your total running volume and frequency over weeks, months, quarters and years. Follow the distance, duration and average length of your runs to ensure gradual progression.
Track intensity
Monitor how much of your running is hard. This enables you to build up intensity without the cost of overtraining, getting sick or injured.
See your progress
Understand how your aerobic fitness is improving based on heart rate and average pace trends. You’re on the right track if you can run faster with the same heart rate.
Recover like a pro
Evaluate your training in the context with your sleep quality, HRV, resting heart rate, overall feeling and effort of your runs. This helps you prioritise recovery to stay on track.
Work with your coach
Give your coach access to your data and simplify your collaboration. This enables the coach to get immediate feedback and give you better guidance to hit your milestones.

The big picture of your running
Runners have a lot of data, but it’s difficult to put it all into context, balance training with recovery and avoid overtraining, getting sick or injured.
We combine the most relevant data measured by apps along with your personal input into long-term trends and individual insights to let you plan your training smarter and run better.
Real data.
Your feeling.
As we are developing KULG, we are adding possibilities to integrate with different apps and health wearables. KULG is focused on visualising the long-term perspective of your measured data along with your subjective input (feeling, effort, health, pain level, etc).
