Activities

At the core of our product is an easily customizable list of activities with key metrics received from wearables, which is interlinked with the analytics dashboard, goals, and individual settings. The more emphasis placed on ensuring data accuracy and considering accompanying qualitative indicators, the greater the likelihood of gaining valuable insights regarding the necessity for additional training stress or recovery.

Dashboard

The analytics dashboard offers a variety of automatically generated graphs that visually represent the progress of a runner across different dimensions, including volume, duration, intensity, heart rate, speed progression, cross-training, perceived exertion, and feeling. These graphs can be generated for various time periods, illustrating the trendline for better insights into the athlete's performance.

Goals

Setting the right activity-based goals is crucial for achieving the ultimate objective. Our methodology empowers runners to outline weekly and monthly targets that align with progress toward the end goal. Automatically tracking goal completion based on activities, KULG provides insights into whether the runner is on track, needs to intensify efforts or adjust the plan. This sense of accountability enhances motivation and nurtures ongoing growth in the athlete.

Settings

Settings empower the runner to swiftly grasp individual heart rate zones and set preferences for displaying data and calculating training weeks. Additionally, settings enable the athlete to seamlessly integrate KULG with various third-party apps (e.g. Garmin, Strava et al) for automatic data retrieval from wearables and offer an option to upload a file with training data to transfer the runner's complete history to KULG.
