Now, every Runner+ plan includes a free 3-month training plan, built by our expert coaches and fully tailored to you.
What’s included?
Every Runner+ plan now offers:
A 3-month individual running plan, created by our coaches
3 coaching calls (up to 20 minutes each) for guidance, feedback, and support
Ongoing messaging support if anything comes up in between
A plan that adapts to your individual needs and goals
Plans are available for all key distances (5K, 10K, half and full marathon), for both beginner and intermediate runners.
How it works
Here’s how we deliver your personalised training plan:
Subscribe to KULG’s Runner+ monthly or annual plan
You’ll be supported by one of our coaches, Maris or Katharina
You’ll receive a form to fill in (plus a link to book your first call)
You fill in your form and give your coach access to your KULG data
Call #1: we clarify open questions and show you how the plan works
We build your first month of training
Call #2: we check in and adjust based on the feedback
We build your remaining 2 months based on your progress
Call #3: we reflect on your progress and what’s next
After 3 months, you can choose to extend your plan for an additional fee
