What’s new in KULG - April Updates
April has been an exciting month at KULG! We’ve got major news for runners in Estonia: KULG is now available on Stebby - meaning you can use your employer’s wellness compensation to level up your training with KULG.
We've also made some great updates inside the app with heart rate zones, a smoother and more intuitive experience in Plans, and less manual work when editing your running data.
All designed to help you train smarter, run better, and reach your goals more easily.
Here's what's new in KULG:
Heart rate zones
Your heart rate is a simple and powerful tool for understanding your fitness and recovery.
That's why we added HR zones to KULG app.
HR zones in Settings:
You can automatically see your 5 HR zones, based on the highest HR in the past year.
You can adjust your HRmax to recalculate and customise your HR zones manually.
In Activities, you check it for every run and you can also filter by activity type to compare intensity across long runs, intervals, races, and more.

See and edit activities in Plans
Runners and coaches can now view specific activities from the Plans calendar view. Plus, they can quickly locate and filter daily sessions by activity type.
You as a runner can also edit the activity (from desktop and mobile).

Other improvements:
Less manual work with editing your training data
As a first step, when you classify a running activity as a Race, Tempo run, or Interval run, we’ll now automatically pre-fill the high-intensity kilometres based on the total distance, which will then appear on your intensity graphs.
You can still adjust the high intensity value if you need to, and nothing will change for other run types where you can continue to set this manually.
