What’s new in KULG - March Updates
Welcome to spring time! We hope you're all busy training to be fit for the upcoming season. To help you achieve all your plans, we've added some great new features to KULG.
Here's what's new in KULG:
Time navigator for effortless date range selection
The time navigator feature introduces left and right navigation arrows. This allows you to effortlessly move between time frames on the Dashboard and Activities views.
With a single tap, you can compare your graphs and activities across This month, This week, This quarter, or This year. This also works when filtering by type.
All graphs update instantly, not just the activity summary, but also also the graphs below.

Accurate Running Frequency Tracking
Recording your entire session as a single workout makes it hard to analyse splits. And logging each part of your workout separately to better track intensity, heart rate, or effort misrepresents your actual training frequency.
With the Running Frequency Tracking, you can mark which activities were separate workouts and which were parts of a workout.
This unique feature will make your analysis smarter and your insights more accurate.

View and filter activities in Plans
Plans are coming and and we’re laying the foundation step by step.
With this update, you can see the first steps of our planning and goal-setting feature.
View your completed activities in the monthly, weekly, or daily calendar view.
Scroll through time and filter by activity type.
And if you have given your coach access, plans will also be visible to your coach.

Other small improvements:
UI and usability enhancements
We improved the way data requests are made. This should result in a smoother user experience when you have a lot of activities from many years of training.
