Export your training data from your watch app or other training data provider’s page and send us the file in .csv or .xls format. We’ll add the data to your account and get back to you.

👉 Make sure to export your activities in bulk, not by single activity.

How to export training history

Under GDPR rules you have the right to export all your data from your training data provider and use it as you see fit. In some cases, you can bulk export your data directly; in others, you may need to submit a request.

How to export your training data from:

    1. Go to Garmin Connect on desktop and log in with your account

    2. From the side menu on the left, choose "Activities" >> "All activities"

    3. Scroll down the list of activities as far back as you'd like to export your data

    4. Click on "Export CSV" from top right hand corner of the page

    5. OR request your data from https://www.garmin.com/en-US/account/datamanagement/exportdata/

    1. Go to Strava on desktop and log in with your account

    2. Hover over your name in the upper right-hand corner of the Strava page. Choose "Settings," then the "My Account" tab from the menu listed on the left.

    3. Select “Get Started” under “Download or Delete Your Account

    4. Select “Request your archive” on the next page under "Download Request"

    5. You will receive an email with a link to download your data (this may take a few hours)

    1. Go to Polar Flow on desktop and log in with your account

    2. Click "Download your data" on the menu on the left (under "Account details") or scroll down the page

    3. Click "Download" button on the right to initiate the download request and start the data collection process

    4. You will get an email when your data is ready to be downloaded. It will take some time to collect the data, depending on the amount of it and other data collection traffic. You will have two weeks to download the data, once you get the email.

    1. On the Coros mobile app, go to "Profile" page > Customer Support > Contact Support > Others > select Other (not listed)

    2. Include a short summary

    3. Coros will send you a .ZIP file containing all requested training data

    1. Get in touch with Suunto support and request a possibility to download your training data in bulk

    2. Alternatively, export your data via Strava if you're in Strava
