Are you really winning in the long run?
In April, KULG launched a new campaign: Are you winning in the long run?
Most fitness apps are built around performance - pushing users to improve, go faster, and train harder. But in sport, improvement almost always means increasing training load. And that’s only one side of the equation. The other? Recovery. A more aggressive plan might boost fitness in the short term, but will it keep a runner training consistently in the weeks, months, and years to come?
Research shows that 72% of running-related injuries are caused by repeated overload on joints, muscles, and bones over time. What often looks like a sudden injury is, in reality, the result of accumulated stress that the body can no longer handle.
And this isn’t a niche issue. Every year, around 50% of runners get injured, with even more experiencing injuries over their lifetime.
This is the problem KULG is solving. We’re building a system that helps runners understand how to improve without breaking down.
How to train consistently.
How to balance effort and recovery.
How to stay in the sport long-term.
Winning in the long run isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about training smarter.
Train consistently. Avoid injury. Keep progressing.
KULG helps runners balance effort and recovery so they can train consistently without breaking down.
