Feature Update: Collaborate with your coach in KULG

new feature black header collaborate with your coach

We’ve added a new feature to KULG that allows you to share your running data and graphs with your coach 🚀

Overview

You can invite your coach (or also your running buddy) to join KULG and give them access to view your training data.

This means that instead of manually recapping your week, you can send a weekly training summary to your coach with zero extra effort.

How you can give access to your training data

To give someone access to your running data, they must first log in to the KULG App. Invite them to login to the KULG app by giving them the link: https://app.kulg.io.

As we currently only offer Google authentication, the person you are inviting should also have a Gmail account. This will change as we add more authentication methods.

  • Go to your account Settings and add the same Gmail your coach signed up with. Your coach will be able to see a list of runners under your account.

  • To revoke access, go to your Settings and click on the Revoke access button. You can revoke access to your data at any time.

  • There is currently no limit on the number of people you can allow to view your data.

How your coach can see your training data

They sign in to the KULG App with a Gmail account and select the runner's account from the drop down menu. Easy.

They will be able to view your dashboard, activities and goals, but will not be able to make any edits at this stage.

Please note: At the moment the person you've given access to cannot see your activity notes.

By the way: Your coach or running buddy who you've given access to can also use KULG to track their own running progress.

Try it out!
