How to use KULG Plans for your running training
Planning your training is one of the most powerful ways to stay consistent, build progress, and reach your goals. KULG’s Plans feature brings more structure, clarity, and collaboration into your training routine - whether you're working with a coach or training on your own.
Here’s how you can use KULG Plans to take your training to the next level.
Plan with purpose
With KULG, both runners and coaches can create structured training plans directly in the app. This means no more jumping between spreadsheets, messages, and running apps. Everything lives in one place: simple, clear, and flexible.

On desktop:

Build your plan and work with your coach
Adding a new session is simple:
On desktop, click “New entry” (top right).
On mobile, tap the “+” button (bottom right).
Choose the date and activity type. You can also add details like duration or notes (optional).
You can only create plans for current or future dates.
Planning with a coach? You can both edit and update the plan as needed. Want to shift a workout? Just change the date and save.
Marking a session as completed:
On desktop, tick “Plan completed.” A green check icon will appear.
On mobile, the dot turns from blue to green.
Set race goals
You can highlight race days in your calendar by marking them as Race activities. They’ll appear in purple so you can easily spot them among your weekly sessions.
We're also testing a feature to show official races in your calendar (currently only races in Estonia). You can toggle races on/off on desktop and hover over them for more details. On mobile, races are shown above your planned sessions.
Review and adjust
Need to log a session manually or tweak a completed workout?
On desktop, click any activity to edit or add notes.
In the Weekly view, you’ll see a detailed list of completed sessions by time.
On mobile, tap a day to see your completed workouts underneath.
When you click on a specific activity, you can access your activity directly from the calendar, and make edits or add a note.
In the Activities list you can add or remove sessions.
