Weekly planner for busy coaches: now in KULG

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new feature for coaches on the Coach plan: Planner. Planner is designed to save time, streamline communication, and make planning more efficient for both coaches and athletes.

Planner allows coaches or club admins to plan a full training week for multiple athletes and send it directly to their KULG app calendar. This feature is available on both desktop and mobile, making it easier than ever to organize and manage your athletes’ training schedules.

What coaches can do with Planner

With Planner, coaches can:

  • Create multiple weekly plans for selected athletes or all athletes who have granted coach access

  • Add multiple workouts per day

  • Send the plan directly to athletes’ calendars and track when it was sent

  • Edit plans and send updates to athletes

  • Plan weeks ahead by saving future plans and sending them later

  • Define workout time and location

  • Delete unsent plans (sent plans cannot be deleted)

How Planner works for athletes

Athletes receive the weekly plan to their calendar under Plans & goals. They can edit the plan after receiving it. Any changes they make will not appear in Planner, but coaches can view them in the athlete’s Plans & goals section.

This ensures that coaches remain informed while allowing athletes to customize their workouts as needed.

Copy a planned activity

Under a runner’s Plans & goals, it is now also possible to copy an existing planned workout to another date. Both coaches and athletes can duplicate any planned activity by selecting “Copy plan.” This makes it faster and easier to reuse workouts and build weekly plans.
