Practical workshop: Strength for runners

Most runners know strength training makes them faster and less injury-prone. Very few actually do it, and those who do, often do it without a plan.

On November 5, we’re hosting our first Strength for runners workshop together with Hybrid Training Tallinn at HTT: an evening of theory, Q&A and 90 minutes of hands-on strength coaching, led by Petra Arvela from HTT and KULG founder and CEO, Maris Heinaru. The workshop is held in English.

How to fit strength into your running? Which exercises help runners?

KULG brings the running and planning side, HTT brings the strength expertise. Every participant leaves with a 1-month plan that combines running and strength, because training only works when the pieces fit together.
