KULG analytics dashboard offers a variety of automatically generated graphs that visually represent the progress of a runner across different dimensions, including volume, duration, intensity, heart rate, speed progression, cross-training, perceived exertion, feeling, and sleep. These graphs can be generated for various time frames or intervals, and filtered by different types of runs, providing more insights into athlete's performance.
